 About Chez Texier
Chez Texier is situated in the hill top village of Lusignac and was once owned by the family of that name who also owned the Château.
Originally part of a large farmhouse, the property has been renovated and extended to create an extremely comfortable four bedroom dwelling. It is beautifully furnished and equipped throughout, and retains some original features, including some exposed, low beams.
 To the front of the property there is a terrace, leading to a grass courtyard. French windows from the lower ground floor open onto a sunny lawned garden. Through a small gate from the courtyard is the large shared swimming pool from which there are panoramic views of the valley.
