Le Shippen is one of six properties formerly part of a group of farm buildings. Renovated to a high standard, it is beautifully furnished and equipped throughout. Situated approximately 2 km from the village of Lusignac, there are outstanding views in all directions. Although not isolated, the property is situated far from the noise of any traffic and the area is noted for its tranquillity.
