About Moulin De Chatillon

This mill house is situated in rural countryside approximately 2 kms from the small town of Verteillac, and is surrounded by mill stream, pond, and has a spring supplying water to the pond and streams. All areas of the grounds are accessed by small bridges and pathways, and with the established trees, there is a high degree of privacy. There are geese and ducks to complete the rural scene in grounds of approximate 14,000 sq. metres. The house has been extensively refurbished to meet the demands of a busy family life, and at the same time can be used as the business centre of an executive who may wish to continue to be in communication with their professional life. The ground floor bedroom is en suite and has direct access to the large sun lounge, and other living areas, making this property suitable for the elderly and disabled.
