About La Chaumière
This house is a pretty, converted farm building situated in the beautiful hamlet of Combemeunier. The house is well-equipped and features wooden floors and low exposed beams. Meals can be provided on request.
The nearest village is Montagrier, which has a baker’s, a shop and bar/restaurant.
The area is noted for its beautiful scenery, and excellent eating places. About an hour and a half’s drive away are the vineyards of Bordeaux and in the other direction, Cognac. There are the famous prehistoric caves of Lascaux at Montignac and many other interesting historic sites to visit nearby.
 La Chaumière is in the hamlet of Combemeunier near Montagrier.
