How to Book

1. Checking availability

Before you can book your cottage you’ll need to check it is available for the dates you want. Bookings run from 5pm Saturday to 10am Saturday. To check availability on a cottage, simply complete and submit the form on Check Availability. We will let you know if it’s available as soon as possible.

2. Booking your cottage

Once we have confirmed that your choice of cottage is available, we will reserve it for you. At this stage we will request a 25% deposit and a completed booking form to confirm your booking. Deposits should be paid by cheque (made payable and sent to I S Services).

We need to receive your deposit and completed booking form within seven days of us contacting you or we will cancel your reservation. The booking form can be downloaded or completed online at Booking Form.

3. Paying the Balance

Eight weeks before the start of your holiday, we will contact you again to request the balance plus a 15% security deposit. (If you book your cottage within 8 weeks of the holiday, we will request the balance at the time of booking.) Again, cheques should be made payable and sent to I S Services. And again, if we don’t receive payment within seven days of us contacting you, we will cancel your booking.

4. Receiving directions and owners’ details

When we receive your balance, we will send you directions to your cottage and the owners’ details.
