About the Properties

Arrival and departure

To give us time to prepare each cottage before each stay, we ask you not to arrive before 5.00pm on the first day. On the day of departure, we ask you to leave by 10.00am. If either of these times aren’t convenient, it may be possible to change them. Please get in touch if that’s the case.

Cleaning

All our properties are cleaned before each letting. However, we do ask you to leave the property in the same state as you found it: we reserve the right to make a charge should intensive cleaning be needed.

Deposit

We ask you for a deposit of 15% of the total letting cost when you pay the balance of your holiday. This covers breakages and telephone charges (if applicable). It will be returned to you, minus the cost of any charges, after the end of your holiday.

Linen and towels

All prices include all linen and towels. Please note that the towels are for house use only. Unless otherwise stated, please bring your own towels for using on the beach or after swimming.

Swimming pools

Where a property has a swimming pool, the pool is equipped with a safety alarm or a gate.
