Our Approach
We want to help make your holiday with Dordogne Holidays as relaxing as possible. That’s why we aim to make our service friendly, flexible and personal.
We understand that you might want a friendly English-speaker to welcome you to your cottage and make sure you have an enjoyable stay. But we also understand you’ll want a relaxing, uninterrupted stay. So we’ll visit you to make sure everything’s OK at the start of your holiday. But, unless you want us to, we won’t disturb you again.
We understand that the last thing you’ll want to do when you arrive is go food shopping. So we put a small welcome hamper in your cottage ready for your arrival. It’ll include some local specialities as well as the essentials like bread, butter and wine.
We understand that the cheapest air fares may not fall in with our cottage rental dates. So if it’s more convenient for you to arrive the day before your booking starts, or leave the day after it ends, we’ll recommend local hotels. Or, where we can, accommodate you in a vacant cottage.
If there’s something we can do to make your Dordogne holiday more enjoyable and stress-free, we’ll try our best to do it.
